- Timeline & Delivery
- Project timelines are typically 4–6 weeks depending on scope and client responsiveness.
- Delays in content delivery or approvals may extend the timeline.
- Content & Assets
- Client is responsible for providing all text, images, and brand assets unless otherwise agreed.
- Stock photography and copywriting services are available at additional cost.
- Revisions
- Package includes 2 rounds of revisions per page/template.
- Additional revisions will be billed at the hourly rate ($65/hour).
- Payment Terms
- A 50% deposit is required to secure the project start.
- Remaining balance is due upon project completion and before site launch.
- Hosting and maintenance renew annually unless canceled 30 days before renewal.
- Ownership & Rights
- Upon final payment, the client owns the website design and content.
- We retain the right to showcase the project in our portfolio or in case studies.
- Hosting & Maintenance Renewal
- The first year of enterprise hosting and maintenance is included.
- Renewal is billed at $99/year starting in year two.
- If you choose to move hosting elsewhere, we’ll provide a full site backup.
- Support Scope
- Included support covers bug fixes, updates, and security monitoring.
- New feature requests, redesigns, or major changes are billed separately.
- Liability
- While we follow best practices for security and uptime, no website can be 100% immune to downtime or malicious attacks.
- We are not liable for losses resulting from third-party services, hosting outages, or client modifications.
